does it have a "3d view" of maps like the garmin units? every picture i've seen of it on has a 2d bird's eye view. i quite like the 3d view. Also, does it say street names and how far until the turn? like "turn right onto bay street in 200 meters"

 

I don't believe so, I was going through all the settings and didn't find anything like that...

And the second part yes, it gives you turn by turn navigation, works pretty well...
