Car won't even start

I have a track event next week and wanted to see how is the Evo doing with all the crap removed (400+ lbs).
I removed :
-everyting in the trunk (subwoofer, carpet, spare wheel, polystyrene, washer fluid tank, plastic cover, carpet ) only the light and wire stays.
-back seat
-passenger seat
-carpet
-rear door panel and speaker
-central arm rest.
-glove box
-bottom of the dash board

I disconected a box that was at the back of the rear seat.

When the car did not start I thought that the smal box that I disconnected was a sensor for the Yaw and I plug it back

What can be wrong that the car won't start?

-is there anything in the central arm rest that could be crucial for the computer?
-Is it because there is no passenger seat (I read some post and some other did)
-Is it because I removed the driver seat (but it is back and reconnected

What else could be wrong. I may have go to mistu dealer and ask what could it be

That box in the rear seat is for the FAST key system. What are the symptoms of no start? like does it crank, are all electronics dead, does it give you the "key Missing" thing?

Try reconnecting the box and reset the ECU by unplugging the battery for 20 min

the center arm rest console has the air bag and maybe some more sensors in it. Mine wouldn't start when I took it out to change the center console trim. I'd try putting that back on and see if it starts. good luck

I know there is a FAST key transponder in the center console by the shifter. I don't recall if it's connected to the car's floor or if it would come out with the console, though.

^This. I've disconnected the other FAST key antenna that's under the center console and the same thing happens. Plug it back in and you're fine.

thanks to all of you guys.

when I say won't start the light come in with "Maintenace engine soon"

than when I turned the key I hear a small electrical motor (like the gas pump ? and it should be the gas pump
) but the starter won't even rev the engine.
I thought I may have the battery discharge. so during the night I put the battery to charge. No change this morning.

I will plug back the center arm consol and see what it does.
as far as the smart key box I can remove it but will need to use the key? am I correct

how did you end up for the center arm rest this weigh a lot (I want to get rid of it)
And I don't want to cut a pieces out of it
