Wow! From beat X to pure sex! Keep up the good work man. Are the Tein's really that bad? I've heard nothing but good things about them other than the price.

I wouldn't say they're 'that bad' so much as 'not right for me.' Living in MN (and specifically the city of Minneapolis), the roads get a bit rotted out filled with ruts/potholes. A few here and there are no big deal, but on a long road with a crack every 10 feet, they get a little bit bouncy for my taste. The suspension setup on the car is nearly sublime right now, the new sway bar keeps the car sooo flat and it just wants to go soooo fast through the sweeping corners around my office. Someone needs to buy these from me before I do something stupid (remember what happened to my evo8).

Well, living in mass and having lousy winters here, I can concur with streets that's are less than preferable for a lowered vehicle. Anyway, hope the Eibach's work out for you.

Thanks guys! Yes, its been a lot of work but a lot of fun!

re: the aFe stage2, I'd say AFR-wise it would be safe, mine did not seem to lean out much vs the afe drop-in I had in there, but I'm not sure how all other variables are affected. Safest bet is still to get tuned, it's *way* worth doing anyways, I picked up 40+whp!

Damn. Very good job. And for doing the clutch install yourself. (Although I don't think I will ever attempt it.)

I'll trade you a set of GSR shocks complete for the TEIN's. LOL! Seriously great read.
