Triangle w/exclamation mark in center

Got gas yesterday and after starting the car up had this light up on the display. Book says timing chain. Seriously a timing chain at 40k miles?
This car has had more work done on it that Joan Rivers.

Holy hell, seriously? I'm tellin ya, my whole Mitsubishi experience will make me stick with anyone else in the future. My 95 Tacoma has 230k on it... original powertrain from front to back. Even the clutch is stock. I beat the living hell out of that vehicle.

Not a sensor. Took it and had AutoZone to run the code and guess what, no code.
Had a sensor replaced two months ago. Come to find out the wires were cut. I think thats what the mechanic said. I'm guessing when they replaced the clutch a month prior they caused this.

No. Havent done anything to the car other than K&N filter two years ago. Aftermarket
clutch when the stock crapped out 24k miles ago.

Doesn't this car throw a warning light if you do not tighten the gas cap for a few clicks?

You have a triangle with a picture of a former plantation in the middle? Sounds custom.

well just got back from the dealership. Timing belt at 41k miles. Mitsu headquarters yesterday said it was covered under the powertrain warrenty, dealership said their rep wanted it tore down to find the cause and he had to call Mitsu to make sure they would cover it cuz he said they might tell him it's not covered because it's a wear part.

OMFG! Dealership called said the belt was stretched due to driving hard, oil not being changed reguraly, aftermarket clutch and a refalsh. Car has NEVER been reflashed other than at the dealer. What a F'N joke! How many excuses could he come up with?

Called the dealer back. Reasons why Rep would not cover it under warrenty is
CVN number is not a Mitsu CVN (saying aftermarket reflash)
driving it too hard. Please!
lack of oil changes or wrong oil. More B.S.
aftermarket clutch. This is true it is aftermarket.
Waiting on the Rep to call me
