pic attached ams intake , I noticed oil leakage by one of the tubes (the one centered in the photo) is this normal?

 

I don't think it is an oil leak as your thinking. That bung is for oil vapors to be returned back into the system. It is configured that way on stock intake box. I got same intake as you but I did not get the vaccum and breather bungs, instead i got a catch can. But not worry about it unless there is massive amounts of oil.
