I dunno if you care about noise but I got a muffled test pipe from the and hfc and it's quieter and more power. My exhaust still sounds deep and great!

please run a cat. the power difference between a test pipe and a good high flow catalytic converter is negligible.

not only is it illegal to drive a cat-less car on the streets, it's just plain irresponsible.

You can stay with the stock BOV and be safe at 27psi. I have been running 27 psi since last November with the stock BOV and no problems.
