Will I be ok to drive to the tuner?

I will be installing a bunch of parts next weekend before getting the X tuned. The parts are intercooler pipes, bov pipes, suction pipe, downpipe, HFC, and exhaust. Do you guys think I will be ok to drive the car for about 3 hours to AMS for a custom tune? Will I hit any limp mode issues? I am just a little worried...

I have UICP intake and full exhaust with test pipe and have run it on the track untuned. It runs rich but i'd rather change some spark plugs untill I get a tune on it than run lean.

The stock tunes are pretty rich. You'd certainly be fine if you weren't flogging it. It is changing parts *after* your tune that you need to be careful about.

Exhaust tips are loaded with soot and when full boost in firs you can look out the rear view mirror and see a little clould of black smoke.

Invest in a A/F gauge. It really is a must for a modded turbo car anyway.
