shifting question

hi guys, after i saw this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aoVzaHTRGMM
then i realize that we can shift real fast in our AWD evo without jerking , i have try that be4 but it jerks,maybe i didn't do it right,any hints? thanks

Awesome find! didn't even notice i watched the entire vid. Best line, Look at this folks! Even old models can give new new cars a hard time just by making minor mods.

maybe they all start in second gear
1st to 2nd if you don't baby it, gives a nice little tug

Rev matching works wonders.

The car won't jerk if you are already at the proper RPM. (the RPM the new gear is going to need the engine at)

I am talking about up shifting , u see those guy in the video they shift real fast ,i can shift smoothly but not that fast.

and about heel and toe , any hints to keep my foot steady on the break while my heel blip the throttle? i know i am noob .lol
