Cobb's Customer Service, I have to say, is EXCELLENT.
There have only been a few times in my experience where I would go out of my way to say something great about a company.
This is definitely one of those times.
I had a hint of doubt before sending out my ECU and accessport to them for repair, but after the prompt and immediate service they gave me, my goodness I couldn't be happier.
My ecu is coming back to me already programmed with the map i was trying to flash it with, they've upgraded my AP and USB to the newer version, and this was all done within 3-4 days. This cannot be beat.
I just can't wait to get back into my X...
