my Evo died, but why??

So yesterday, Im driving and decided to wind the car out for the first time in a couple of weeks. So I do a quick pull through 1st through 3rd, and see my AFR go up to 12.5ish at WOT (unusually high), and then I let off and cruise for probably 15 seconds before my car randomly shuts off. I pull over, try to start the car but she just cranks and wont start? No oil, no crazy sounds, nothing

Could it be a dead fuel pump?

First thing I'd check is your fuel pump fuse in the engine bay. It's a 20amp. If it blew then something is wrong with your pump setup.

Could possibly be the fuel pump, maybe a clogged filter even?

Before you throw any parts at it, gotta see whats not there. Gotta have fuel, spark, and air for an internal combustion engine to run. Hate to sound like a jerk, but otherwise you have a lot of dudes trying to hipshoot diagnose!

Sucky thing is, you have to have a special adapter to get fuel presssure...suckage!

Did you take the feed line off yet to see if you're getting any fuel whatsoever?

WTF!

This didn't spew fuel all over the top of the tank and run under the car? Are you talking about the fuel pump oulet line to the motor?
