Argh! On my drive home tonight, a deer hit my driver's side passenger door. I was slowing down to make a right turn and I hear this loud "BAM!". I flinch, look at the rear view and see a big blur go off to the side. I pull over after making the right and see this...



The damage seems to be contained to the door. There is a slight dent on the rear quarter panel by the gas door but I think a dent guy can fix that. I didn't even try to open the door for fear that it won't close.

I am so p1ssed right now. The car has 570 miles on it and I have been babying it. I was looking forward to seeing what it can do tomorrow.

 

Sorry to hear that man, my evo is about to hit 1,000 and im afraid something like this will happen....makes me nervous when im at a stop light like someone will plow into the back of me. Hope you can get something worked out. Maybe you can get a door on a part out.

 

Better then hitting it head on....... id be pissed to.....

a new repair normally matches up fairly well... on the downside expect rust after 5 years on the areas that require metal work
