Offroad Lamps and Mounts

So I've been working on my Lancer, and I would love to put a couple Fog Lamps on the front. The only problem is I'm not sure how to or where to mount them, or if there is a mold like so

Crash beam mounted, the cheapest solution and functional a same time. Also very light. Two bracket from the crashbeam, and one bar a cross . two lights up two down. Fast mounting - light weight - functional - cheap . Also it is connect with a fast connectors. For 2011 the lights will be changed for HID's, with a minimum promised distance are for each, is 1 mile ...
