Is this possible on our stockies?

http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=366886

Is that possible to do on our factory recaros? Rice or not, I love the style of red stitching seats, and I cant justify spending 1200+ for new seats for a DD that already has perfectly fine Recaros in it already. Atleast not until I get it on the track once or twice My girlfriend is really into sewing and crafts so Im sure I could persuade her with something shiny or a really nice night out to do this for me if its possible.

If not, is it retarded to think that I can buy some recaro srds (mostly used in Hondas) and use them as long as I have the rails and sliders?

I don't see why you couldn't. All your doing is putting a needle through a tiny part of the seat.

Im gonna pitch it to the girlfriend tonight, we talked about me wanting to have an embroidery shop do this last night, and all I got was a lecture about resale value.. so If I pitch her this maybe she will get on board since it can easily removed later.

Bedazzle it! lol

I was thinking about adding heating elements but really don't want to pull the fabric off. I might never put it back on and just get i tprofessionally redone...not worth the $ to warm my wife's butt when mine's absolutely fine in the winter.

Don't tell her I said that lol

lol what can I say, as an original honda guy, The ITR Black w/Red seats were something to drool over and the JDM ITR all out red Recaros were even better. Stuck with me ever since. Didnt the evo 8's have red stitching too? Too each their own.

I think those RSX's are fugly with the grey design in the middle, but I think it would look awesome on our all black recaros.

I got in my car this morning, and had a premonition of how bad *** this would look. I may try this this weekend. Its either that, or play Black Ops if they put the damn servers up.
