guess i would go with the analysis of it being an accident. IF i were to do it cuz the OP pissed me off why would i leave the pliers? just doesnt make sense. i would "stab" the bumper and pull my pliers off and be on my way.

Well just incase whoever it was or what it was fix it and keep it moving. If anything else happens to it just get cameras up thats all and im sure you catch who the ******* is if there is one.
