Wtf...
that's EFFING crazy man!! if someone DID do that.. they must be one of the dumbest vandals i've ever seen.. leaving there weapon behind and all... i think id tend to agree on the falling off a truck ideal... but think of the odds.. haha you can at least say.. you had bumper seeking pliers hone into your car.. i mean really, the odds of that happening are pretty slim.. kinda cool in itself
still sucks tho bro, i feel your pain. GL
i use this stuff to repair a quarter sized hole in my dads dodge bumper. you can get it for around $30 at any automotive paint supply(like nabco)
first) clean up the hole. if its torn just cut the torn part off. bevel the edges to give the adhesive the most surfact to stick to.
second) fill the hole with the adhesive and work it in like bondo. it is sand able but dont put to much it doesn't sand easy because it kind of turns to plastic.
third)once the adhesive has cured then paint over it with mitsu touch up paint and some touch up clear and the bumper is all fixed
yes it takes a bit of work but its way cheaper than a hole new bumper
