I am using the same HKS Suction reloaded kit and its great. I love the sound. I made a custom heat shield for it though I don't really think you will need one.

Have fun with it, its a great intake

Do you realize how stupid that sounds?

"I just bought something, does anyone know if I bought something good?"

Ah yes... I apologize... You're right, that's a completely different thing.

The only bad thing about it is the fact the filter is not reuseable and you are suppose to change it every 6000 - 8000 km. Its pretty expensive.

Its a great intake nonetheless.

Dude the filters for the HKS RS Reloaded intake are about 20 bucks each. I just buy five of them and they last you thoughout the year....unless you do a lot of driving you shouldn't have to replace them until the 3000 mile oil change....

Yep. Those things are pretty cheap. Buy in bulk and replace as needed.

Oh, probably I misread it on the HKS site. That's great news to me that they are pretty cheap.

Thanks guys

I had the HKS on my old VIII, it worked great. I switched to the green filter because the yellow ones aren't the best for filtering out stuff. It was a nice piece though.

What you want to get is the 200mm when changing the filter and if you live in a place where dust/dirt and bugs blow all around use the 3 layer filters and then use the 2 layer filters if you live in a place where there's not so much dirt flying around. I use the 2 layer filters in the winter time/spring and in the summer/fall I use the 3 layer ones, especially living in the mid-west......
