Air scoop on top of pro rally cars?
rally cars have them because they removed the air conditioning and the drivers get too hot. The scoop on the roof feeds tubes pump air into the driver's helmet and suit to keep him cool.
do you have AC in your car? if so, you don't need a roof scoop and people will laugh at you if you 'add' one

suckering succotash been foiled again. I thought they dispersed air.
thank you.
The rally sometimes 10 hours long / day , so you or your co driver dont want to pass out during the race. Like nice summer day you are sitting on tarmac 100+ easy inside with closed windows... And you are in full racing gear.
here is my set up for getting the air in nicely.
