Didn't your car come with a paper dealer plate or anything on the back? If they didn't give you the screws to mount it then just bring it to the dealer and tell them to do it since they should have gotten everything needed with the car.

the bumper has metal speed clips, clipped into it. if it didn't come with screws for those speed clips, then go back to the dealer

thx, I figured it out.. gotta remove and reverse the speed clips.. didn't come with screws, but I think I'm going to grab some from lowes with hex bolt.
