I hate waiting for parts!

GAWD I hate waiting for stuff in the mail... Anyone else?

I have 4 things I ordered in the last 10 days or so and still don't have any of it.

Waiting on a catback, Accessport, shift knob and mud flaps.

Word

Specially if your tracking it and you have nothing to do on the day that it's scheduled to arrive. I'll just sit around at home waiting for the darn thing, it drives me crazy.

i have the worst luck with parts, i was told 2 weeks for a bumper and it took a month and a half and then a month for wheels and it took 3 1/2, glad i work for a car shop now that has parts in stock lol

I usually get a bit antsy if parts especially in stock ones aren't shipped promptly.

LOL! Waiting is the fun part. Then stockpiling a bunch in the winter for a "first day of spring" install fest. For us snow-covered new englanders anyway..

But yeah, I hate waiting. The time between when I order it and when I get the shipment confirmation KILLS me. Then when I know what day it's coming I have something to look forward to! Makes life more enjoyable I think.

I've been waiting on a Harman Motive intake since Monday. Not scheduled for deliver until Feb 2. I feel your pain. Maybe I'm just bored since it is cold out and have nothing better to do.

The worst was when I ordered my wheels from vivid, and they quoted me 3 weeks E.T.A, then I got an invoice that they shipped 4 days later.. so I get all excited and the day before they were supposed to be delivered, we got hit with that winter ice storm, and in the south... everything shuts down for an 1/8th of an inch of snow.. Estimated delivery date came and went.. next day they were on the truck for delivery.. nothing shows up. The next day I get a notice via email they were delivered to the office at my apartment. Had to go up there and carry those 4 boxes up 3 flights of stairs.. Luckily for me Volks are light When my Hankooks were delivered, those tires... aren't so light.

You know your wheels are light when the little petite leasing consultant at the office offers to help you carry your boxes to the car, she bends down to pick up a box like its going to be heavy and goes.. "wow these are really light".
