I just noticed this last night.Anyone know if my lights burn out or they doesn't have one for the evo x?

 

Pretty sure there isn't one.

 

I keep an extra road flare for looking in the glove box.

 

I dunno about the Evos personally, but my '08 Lancer ES has the orangeish/red light in mine.

 

Doesn't have one...

Also noticed last night that the door lock/unlock button is not illuminated either. Had to turn the dome light on to unlock my passenger door... pretty classy.

 

now what?

 

No light in the glovebox... but I found it odd that they light up the area underneath the heater controls.

And do you really need to turn on your interior lights to unlock the door? Come on man!!!

 

OP... Do you mean "glove box" or the little compartment located underneath the temperature controls?

 

I found some adhesive 3m LED lights that I am putting in there. Cheesy...yes. I will take some even cheesier pictures to document the process.

I took a road trip in the car, and it was on my list of things to attend to before we hit One Lap of America this year.

you must get pulled over alot and have to dig for registration and proof of insurance

I just use the maglight I keep in the car, effective for finding important glove box documents and cracking skulls if necessary.
