Thanks to this wonderful winter we have had here I managed to crack the rear plastic mount for my aero side skirt and now I am trying to locate the the bracket and mounting hardware for the right rear of my 08 X.

Basically I cracked the rear plastic bracket where the aero side skirt mounts at the passenger side rear wheel well. I have spent the better part of my evening trying to find the part but without any luck and may just have to fab something up if you folks can't help me out. Unfortunately I don't have a pic on me but here is an awesome ms paint mock up of the area that I am talking about.



If anyone has a part number or some advice I would be very appreciative.

I had looked at that earlier and could not tell if that was just a bunch of 3m double sided tape or an actual bracket but was going to order one and see if I could make it work.

It is called the "mounting bracket assembly" for your rocker mouldings (or aero side skirts for the tuners and modders.)

OEM Part Number: 6512A199 (LH side)

OEM Part Number: 6512A200 (RH side)

COST: $10.62 which includes the grommets. Available seperately for each side so the one you need would be available. Hit the dealer up for that, should be a quick swap out.
