need help on my evo x....

first off everything is oem except hks filter insert....
sometimes its having a hard start problem...
it cranks but will not start unless i open the throttle....

also i need some info on good evo x tuning locations in northern virginia....

any info would be great thanks.

 

replace with stock filter. get cobb ap. flash. replace filter. problem solved.

oh and Ivey tuning.

 

I got my X tuned at P-Tuning in Manassas...they are awesome guys, really friendly, explain everything, and charge $550 for the entire session...mine made 315whp 310wtq with cat delete, cbe, ETS 3.5" I/C and Cobb intake...then i traded it...haha.
