Omori 45mm boost

I was wondering how to install the omori 45mm elec boost gadge inplace of the stock mr one. Is the stock one elec also. If so can i just hook it up with the wires that are already there??

probly goingto have to run all new everything i just put one on my 8 and its a very nice gauge youll love it
