Think i did a mistake please help reg mud flaps

I have the aero pkg on my new 11 gsr and i just ordered the rally armor mud flaps and realized that the aero pkg side spoilers stick out more then the non aero of course, but will i still get the protection as if non aero ? just something that just started bothering me, hope you guys could help me out here as always.
Thanks

Most cars that have the factory spoiler kits won't use the factory/aftermarket mud flaps as they usually don't fit together.

Yea the mudflaps are for the non-aero. Most evos I've seen with the aero kit don't have chips on the rear doors.

I have the Aero package with the RA mudflaps and you will still get the same protection as you would without Aero. The flaps still stick out well past the side skirts.

Cmon, you know you don't want the mud flaps on there! Evo Xs with aero kits look nice and you don't need the mud flaps ruining that look.

^disagree i have a WW with Red rally armor flaps with the white lettering and it looks sick IMO. From what i saw in the installation video, it seemed as if it would fit both models. I have the non aero and it fits in perfect. Good luck!

I just pictured what you described and we'll have to agree to disagree on that one.

+1 - I got the factory flaps with the aero kit and I'm very glad that I did. Of course I also drive on a lot of gravel/dirt roads. Even with both I still have a few marks on the rear doors.

Here is what my RA Mudflaps look like:

They offer great protection (although you can barely see them in the front in this pic).

Here's a shot of my car from behind (no homo) so you can see what it looks like instead of visualizing it.
