Wow, who would have thought?! Lol. This has been a rumor since it first hit and now it's here, I'm curious as to how there going to pull all the funding for this and who gets what percentage on parts sold and if they will decrease in value leaving a HUGE shortage and quick (not like it wouldn't happen in time) or if the value will sky rocket for these parts??

So there's one, who would say there will be 2-3 more companys following suit shortly??

It a sign of the trend in the US tuning market where the focus is on bigger and cheaper ...... thats not what HKS do.

If you don't have something constructive to say, keep quiet.

US $ is loosing value . We got spoiled with prices in the past, example gas prices - car prices etc. because the buyer power compare to EU, and the strongness of the US Dollar made it possible.

As is today EU just as power full buyer market if not more, the Asian market is much stronger also as a buyer market , top of everything else the US dollar value is shrinking a lot.

I would say if that will not stop , we will see soon equal or very close prices between EU and USA.

Just means longer wait times. Im sure that some things will be stocked on our shores. Contact SP if you need any HKS stuff. They got it covered.

yeah i don't see the serious effects this will have on japanese cars, at least. hks parts for japanese brand cars are sourced from jp anyway, so it's just waiting to ship from overseas and finding an import vendor (which there are plenty of here). as for cars from elsewhere though...they're probably screwed.
