Does new flashkeys require an ecu reflash?

Do new flashkeys require an ecu reflash?
Tomorrow my car is going into the dealer because one of my flash keys does not work. I also have a tune on my car. Will the new keys require an ecu reflash? If it does i need to call my dealer asap and cancel the appointment.
