Question Purchasing an Evo Question!

Ok so, i want to buy a new 2011 Evo X MR either graphite gray or phantom black, and i can get it now but I will be going out of town at the end of May, for a month almost 2 months, and I was wondering if i should buy it now, or if i should wait and buy it in about 2 months from now when i get back in town? Because i really want it!!! NOW! Buttt i feel like it might not be a good idea, because it will be just sitting in the parking lot for almost 2 months.. and yea, but i will be able to drive it for the 3 weeks i am here. I am leaning towards just waiting and buying it in 2 months but i am so tempted! Buying it with monthly payments of course. Let me know what you guys think!!! Thanks in advance!

you find the color and package you want now, then you'll have 2 monthly car payments and 2 insurance payments...and you wont be driving it

you return, then buy it you risk not getting the color you want or options...anyways, there are factors obviously. Better deals are usually at the end of the month and there is a holiday at the end of the month

i recommend flipping a coin over this one

haha you have a good point about it sitting in the mitsu lot, plus it would be safer where i live, since its a gated parking lot. your making me want to go buy it now, damn!!

You never know.

Someone who doesn't know how to drive can come in, roast the clutch a bit on a test drive, and you'll regret it when you need to replace it a month after you buy it.

I'd buy it if you get a good deal.
If not, don't buy it and come back. If it's still there, they'll be much more willing to deal (most likely) because it's been sitting on the lot.

Up to you

bro i was in your VERY exact shoes cept i had to come back to afghanistan. i was home for my r&r and decided to check and see how possible it would be for me to get the gsr. i was trading in my 08 jeep compass and was sure i would be in the hole. long story short i get the jeep looked at and was shocked that when i was checking there was a huge spike in people wanting to buy crossovers, i got more than i owed on the jeep and they brung the price of the gsr down about 2 grand (made up for taxes and tag fees) and the payment was higher but only 50 bucks from what i was paying for my jeep. i couldnt be happier, yea im back in country dealing with the stressors of war but i can sit back and think about everything i want to do to my Evo (girlfriend is watching it). I have time to plan effectivly and not have examples of what other people have on their cars distract me, i have alot of time to compare prices and see reviews. yes i have two payments but they come straight out my account so i wont notice and insurance is paid for 6 months. plus im not puttin alot of miles on it. if you can i say go for it bro i dont regret a second of my less than two weeks driving. SN: I definately drove that car around put 2000 miles on it in the 12 days i had to drive it

See how long it will take if you order one, trust me MR's are hard to find anyway so if you order it, it will have all the options and the color you want and you know that you will be the only person to drive it.
