i need help which fuel pump to get thx.......

hey guys can you please help me i need to decide which fuel pump to get my evo will have about 500whp runing on fp red and 1100cc injectors on e85 will it be enought just one walboro 255? or i need double if i need double i know full blow is making one kit but that one going for like 640.... what do you think about new one the competition 300LPH dw300 they say its 600hp capable, its so hard to choose one need help thx a lot

I would say for your application, the DW300 is up your alley. The Walboro is good for about 500HP which is what you're hoping to achieve, but rather then stressing your pump and pushing it to its full limit, why not spend a little bit more on the DW? Double-pumper is a very nice kit used by many high-horsepower cars, and if you can afford it, why not get it - but bang for the buck and meeting just your needs, I would say the DW300.

I only made 408 on GST's dyno with one Walbro 255 and DW 1000cc injectors. My injectors hit 98%. I think your injectors may be to small. Depends on the dyno. As far as pumps an aerimotive or DW pump would probably be sufficiant but I am not sure as I have not seen many buiilds using them yet. The 600 number used would be on pump, not E85.

so you saying 1100cc fic injector wont be able to make 500whp on e85???

I was refering to GST's dyno which reads much lower than most dyno's. We did not even come close to 500 with a similar set up. But it may have been the pump and not the injectors. And on another dyno I probably would have been a little higher.
