2 quick questions about X GSR high speed run

Hell Ive done 120 and didnt know. Looked down and saw speedo. "oh ****." *mash the breaks*
My Subaru felt like it was about to take off at over 130 (never did find her top end...somewhere north of 145). 120 in my X felt like 60.

yes it is quite easy to get going fast in these cars without realizing it. I try to keep it at 80 on the commute but often find myself in low triple-digits (-:

My hood has freaked me out a few times, just moving around ever so slightly on the road course when around/above 120mph. I'm kinda used to it now, but i used to think i didn't close it properly.
Try loosening the hood catch bolts a little and move the mechanism lower down just by a fraction. Like just 2mm or so. Too far and it won't close. It helped for me. Stops any air that might be getting under the front of the hood if the seal with the nose section isn't perfect.

300 k/hr MR
Did 180mph last yr in the mr sst she touched 300kmh no shake but them corners sure come up quick

How did you get to 180?
Isnt the car gear limited?
Do the evos not have electronic limiters built in not to exceed a certain speed?
Plus to go that fast, your RPMs must be hitting 10 or 11k.
