How EXACTLY did you run without launch control, NOT get a "Slow Down" and get a 13.2? And you did it MANUALLY? I find all this hard to believe, honestly (certainly want it to be true, though). The TPS limiter would have ruined your 60' if you did it in manual. You're 100% bone stock (aside from removing the muffler)?

I haven't launched mine yet.

Its stock no tune no pipes I used to have a ralliart with the sst they have no launch control so I just launched it like I used to and it was out , best time using launch control was 13.4 dropped my 60ft from 2.0 to 1.8

Then how did you do it without launch control and NOT get the Slow Down message?

I've just never seen such a quick time without using LC on a stock car so that's why I'm doubtful. I'd love to learn a better way.

its hard to explain but if you have your foot on the brake pump the gas to get the revs up dont floor it then right before your ready to go floor it and let off the brakes

Are you basically saying power brake it? SSport? Turning TC off-off? What are you revving to?

yes and no if you just hold brake and gas then you will get slow down you have to pump the gas 2-4 times to 3 grand or so and then floor it and let go of brake you want to bring the boost up tc off ssport

The "Slow Down" basically requires you to shut it down for at least 30 minutes, right?

Why? People run on snow tires. No big deal. You won't be spinning with an SE anyway.

It's going to be tough. You're definitely going to have to add some type of intake or something. You are already have super fast shifting with the SE, so I don't know where else you will improve without adding more power.

You could try different shift points. Try shifter lower even, maybe 6,800 rpm. Maybe 6,500. Play around with it and see what it does for your times. It may help keep the car in the power band better on the stock tune.
