There was an STI running consistant 11.6s on Blizzaks the night I was there.

 

went back to island today made two passes due to track oil downs but got a 12.6 106 1.7 60ft turbo back and cobb stg 2 all else stock

I was thinking, beating a beat-up old ambulance with an EVO isn't anything to brag about.

 

12.6 is pretty good! By the way, do you have the torque limiter removed? If nOt, im sure you could lower your time by a good .1-.3. When you going again, id love to go. Im in bergenfield. Next town over.

 

torque limiter is still in I dont think i can remove that with the cobb the car comes out of the hole realy good tho 1.7 60ft

 

Nice times! My SE ran 13.6, 1.9 60 ft, @ 99 MPH. Completely stock S-Sport, TC off and launch control.

 

Im so glad I got the GSR, I originally wanted an SE but they didnt offer it in 2011....but in hindsite I wouldnt trade my GSR for an MR or SE. I drove the MR and it seemed notably slower. I understand the SE is a wingless, no sunroof, hence lighter, version of the MR ( same transmission)....all goo, as long as you love what you drive that's all that matters.

 

MR is slower in first gear because of the limiter, but everything after that is faster due to the faster shifts with the tc-sst. Even 1/4 mi times the MR is equal or better than the GSR. It may have seemed noticeably slower, but it's not
