Unhappy Problem!proBlem! ...steering

i got off work today....encounter a ramp i heard a kinda clicking noise after i got off ...and whenever i turn it make the same sound ..

does anybody know what could be the problem ? went to work today i never notice any difference... my mods are on my sig ..

2nd question ..what to do?? when somebody is tryring to mess with ur car?

i live in an apt(no garage available)

1st issue .. somebody put a gum on my winshield
2nd issue .. somebody stole one of my valve caps...

now .. im really pissed thinking of beating the person who ever did this to my car ..bt i have no likes on going to jail ... so what do u guyz think i should do? should i always include beating the person? OR What is the smart way to deal with it?

Hmm.. maybe whoever put gum on your windshield and stole your valvestem cap also stuck something inside your wheel or wheel well??

Sounds like someone is just trying to eff with you.. maybe a neighbor that's upset about your exhaust or taking their parking spot or something weird.

Just some random ideas.. be sure to enter and exit your neighborhood as slowly and quietly as you can (stereo down, no revving, etc). If you can see your car from your apartment, maybe stick a camcorder in the window or something.. if not, walk outside and kinda check on it incognito whenever you can for a few weeks.

And whenever you catch them.. don't wind up in jail by beating their ***. It's probably just a dumb kid.. go find their parents and let them do the beating ..but if it's an adult doing this, dunno.. they've probably got some serious issues, so be careful =)
