Question MAF throwing up a service engine soon light?

I have an AEM intake on my car and sometimes at WOT at like 5000 rpms, the service engine soon light comes on. I had the code pulled and it said a problem with the MAF. What is the max air flow rate on the stock MAF? Could i be pulling to much air through to where the MAF can't register? I also have a HKS SSQV 4. Thats it. The rest, stock. Also, when i stopped after the light came on, it sat at 2K in idle for like 10 seconds and then it settled out. It kept doing that until I turned the car off then back on.

Check your fuses. I had the exact same problem and it turned out I popped one of the underhood fuses while installing the intake. I know it sounds odd, but check your fuses.
