So drifting stories

I want to talk about legitamite ON THE TRACK stories. I'm not going to be the guy talking about sliding on the streets.

I noticed that with the cars stock setup, with AYC Brake off. I was having a hard time even feint/braking into corners. I think with coilovers and a stiff rear sway bar it will fix this issue.

Anyone else try tracking this thing for drift? I know it's a grip monster, but what's your stories?

Not sure what you mean by "AYC Brake off"; sounds like you mean off-off on the ASC, since holding the ASC button for three seconds turns off the inside-rear breaking help for yaw.

When I did an autocross with a bone-stock Evo X with the ASC in plain off (i.e., just a tap of the button), there was one tight turn that I trail-broke into and powered out of, and the car went into a very entertaining (but very destructive to rear tires) drift every time. I don't think that any mods are actually needed. Turn off at least the first level of traction control and the car will drift.

Yeah, I meant "off-off" the screen says ayc off when you do that.

Just curious if anyone else has drifted on purpose with their cars.
