hey guys im getting an evo tomorow but im having a issue choosing what color i want white in the worst way but if i get that i have to wait till october or have one drove in 250 miles and like the ower said have it beat on by time i get it. or i can go with the black or silver one thay have there. i think i want the black if i cant get a white what do u guys think.

 

White. My dealer had to send a runner to Oklahoma City and do a dealer trade to get me one and I don't regret it one bit (I got the car with 243 miles on the odometer). Plus, for the extra miles I got free window tint and wheel locks, see if you can negotiate that too with your dealer. Also, you could ask to accompany their runner to pickup the car and if not drive it back at least ride along to assure it wasn't abused.

 

White or black look fantastic on the Evo X but as with any car they are also the two hardest colors to keep clean.

 

You are spending the money so I recommend you get the color you want. If the car will be delivered with hundreds of miles factor that into the purchase price.

 

go pick it up yourself dont let anyone drive 250 miles with it, if it was me ill make the deal and ill tell the dealer thank you but ill go pick it up myself just make the paper work ready, because when i got mine it had only 6 miles and wrapped up with plastic i was more excited that day when they removed the plastics in front of me then i was for getting the car.
I wanted black but they had the gray in stock and looked good so i got it.

I waited 1 week extra for it instead of a day of wait as my dealer sent a runner to TX to pick it up and I love it

 

If you want an Evo X that looks like everybody else's, get Wicked White. Otherwise, choose another color.

Get the colour you want. If it's white you want, then you should get white. If you're handing over tens of thousands you should get what you want.

I have ported cars before. Trust me, I've seen what people with no respect to cars do to them. Either wait for one to be shipped or pick it up yourself. Plus get the color you want, you will have no regrets down the road.

 

If white is what you want.... then get the white... I've never owned a white car in my life until my Evo (which I literally just bought a few weeks ago) but I couldn't be happier with my choice... I was always a black car guy but i just thought the contrast was just too sick to pass up... and who cares if "everybody else" has a white one... you can always customize it the way you like to make it different.
Besides... there's a reason why wicked white is the most popular... don't settle, it'll only **** you off in the end.

 

White. I was dead set on getting either a white STI or white Evo (of course I went Evo) but I couldn't find a GSR with SSS in white, so "settled" for black which was my second choice followed by RR which is also hard to find.

Search the PB and you'll find that most either hate to clean it, or don't like the way it cleans up.

If you want to be unique, get Rotor Glow (pronounced, "row row grow"), which might be what I get when/if I get a second X for my project.

 

White or blue are nice choices.
Black cars a PITA to maintain and not have swirls in the clear coat.
Silver or gray if you're lazy since dirt is hidden nicely.
