Ok so my GF bought me an 08 Evo X. NOW onto puttin new **** on stuff. So my thought were to do a header back exhaust, fmic and piping. Good start?

Now I have used TIAL BOVs before, Good? Then get it all tuned. I have a tuner less than a 3 miles from my house. Slow Motion Motorsports I was going to have him do the tuning but I read about the AMS COBB Access port with a Stage 2 tune. Is this similar to the chip/tunes I have used for turbo-ed mustangs, a good place to start and makes tuning easier or is it a good to go tune "right out of the box"?

 

Stock bov is just fine. Turbo back exhaust, drop in filter and uicp is a good start. Then tune. Then drive

As cheesy as this sounds she has no idea I am coming home on leave in 3 weeks. I was going to walk into her work and propose. It was interesting getting a 4K engagement ring to Afghanistan.

It's nice to have Gf's that support our hobby, congrats. My gf didn't buy me an evo, but she just bought me a Big turbo for mine.

I wouldn't have my evo if it werent for my fiance. Guess im in the same boat and boy is it nice getting what you want.
