Been hearing mixed answers about the stock cat on an Evo X failing with mods. Some people said that the stock cat is good and better than most HFCs.

What is the likelihood that it will fail with the mods below and what types of failures could happen?

Cat-Back Exhaust
Intercooler with Piping
Intake

Have you ever had the stocker off? You can't even see light through that thing lol. I would go ahead and upgrade to the ETS HFC. Has half the restriction of the stocker. More air out=faster
