Thanks again for all the good wishes guys I really appreciate it. I'm still and pain and probably will be going back to the er once again today after I meet with my lawyer at 4. The loratabs they gave me were a joke. I took them as directed and still felt major pain in my head, neck, and all of my back. Now my hips are starting to hurt as well. I haven't done any lifting, not a lot of walking other than around the house to go from room to room or get some food and/or something to drink. I haven't bent in any way that would strain my back. I still have to squat and sit on the floor pretty much to get something that is low.

O Ok-Boi70 I feel for you as well. My bumper was shoved into place by one of the cops to be towed. It was just barely hanging on the car. I took a few pics, but I can't find my cable to upload them on my computer to post them. My exhaust is knocked halfway up under the car and broke in two different places, my trunk is ****ed as well. I think the actual metal bumper is bent up and in which means the frame is bent. In that case I'm pretty certain that the insurance company will total it. At least I hope they do if it's bent. I wouldn't feel safe riding in it if that has happened.

But anyways I'm off of here for a while to get back in the tub for a little bit and soak in hot hot water and see if that helps my back and neck any before I go to see my lawyer and doctor.

 

Thats crazy man, I didnt read the whole thread but looks like that person was hauling @$$! Thats major damage. I am glad you are ok tho. Hope everything works out.

Yeah man, if you car's frame and stuff is bent up like mine, I imagine they will total it. To fix it the body shop guy was saying they would have to get a clip from another evo the same exact year. It's just a really shady process that I would not trust, and I'm sure there probably is something with your rear drivetrain also if you were hit hard.

I wish you the best of luck though man. Post some pics up though whenever you get the chance, curious to see. Lets us know how everything goes though!

 

thanks again for all the condolences guys, I really appreciate it. And for everyone that's been here before I feel for you all. I went and talked to my lawyer today. He is gonna handle everything for me. He is setting me up with two different doctors tomorrow to get checked out from head to toe. He told me I will have two lawsuits since I was hit by two different drivers. So in a way, that makes me feel a little bit better towards the money situation.. I wish this wouldn't of happened, but this will help me get back into tech school since I will have this money coming in. I will post up some soon when I get a chance.

Man so sorry for your loss. If i could chime in on your back pain it seems that the lortab is not working cause it's not cause you most likely have nerve damage. Lortabs only work mostly on muscle and bone pain. Sorry I'm a pharmacist.

 

Forgot to mention that you might benefit from some oral or iv steroids. It will reduce inflammation from the nerve track. Maybe also ask for some lyrica, it's generally used for peripheral neuropathy but they use it for patients recovering from back surgery. Any questions. Just pm.

where is your rear crash bar?

 

The dealership took it off my car, when they were taking a look at the frame and everything. They pretty much stripped my whole rear to see what damage had been done.
