Yup that's right. It is likely totaled. I was rear ended by a new Lexus and a full size Ford work van Friday. Been in and out of the hospital three times since. I'll post pics as soon as I get a chance...

 

Sorry to hear about your loss but the good thing is that you are ok. Cars can be replaced, people can't.

 

Thanks and yea it does suck. My neck, back, and head have been killing me ever since the wreck. But I didn't bounce around in the car thanks to the seats keeping me still lol. Man I was so pissed at first now I just wanna cry. I have a great lawyer working for me. He says he's gonna shoot for getting the car totaled if there is the slightest bit of frame damage and get me a chunk of money either way. He said if it's not totaled then he wants to get enough for me to fix it, pay it off, and still have a good amount left over. I wouldn't doubt if he does either one. I've used him several times before and he's always came thru. Hell he got one of my closest friends dad 250k for being hit.

 

Man that sucks. Hate that man. Hopefully everything works out and glad your ok.

We finally get another Evo down here in GA and it gets totaled. Lol

 

I had to go back to the ER just a little while ago. They did some more x-rays on my back and still say there's nothing wrong. I think there is tho. I've been in other worse wrecks and my back didn't hurt this bad for this long. I know it's only been a little over four days but I'm in such bad pain I can only get a couple of hours of sleep then wake up for a few then back to sleep for a couple more and so on. I went and all they did after the x-rays was write me a prescription for some loratabs, gave me a shot in the back, then sent me on my way. Lazy *** hospital we have here in Gainesville, Ga.

 

I'm glad your okay.. things could have been worst and i hope you have a speedy recovery!

 

Thanks again guys. And yea that does suck. This was the nicest and newest car I've ever had. Over a years worth of hard work and saving to finally have something nice then it all goes down the ****ter. Hell, I haven't seen but maybe one or two other Evo x's at all the car meets I've been too in the last few months even the Varsity meet in downtown ATL which is usually the biggest meet here in Georgia.

 

I didn't get a ticket and the cops were like you have nothing to worry about since you were stopped, waiting for someone in front of you to turn and they both hit you in the ***. They also said they had to be going pretty fast. One cop said he saw the whole thing so that helps me a lot I hope.

 

I've took three of those loratabs along with the other muscle relaxer they gave me in the last 4 hours and my back is still killing me. I haven't been doing anything really for the last few days that would strain my back and still it hurts like I'm getting beat in the back with a baseball bat lol.

 

Of course the loratabs are only 5's which are the weakest to begin with anyways

 

Well I'm off to try to get some sleep. I'll post pics hopefully by tomorrow afternoon. These don't even show half the damage. Considering the exhaust is broke, and knocked half under the car and hanging down. I was to sore to get up under the car and take some more that were better and they are all from the camera on my Iphone 3.

 

Last time I had really bad back spasms, it took almost a week to recover. And I was much younger then. I hope the rest of your recovery goes well.

 

sorry to hear about the crash but as for you back mine did the same thing when i got in a wreck and i have some pinched nerves... went away for a few weeks though. you might want to look into getting you back re aligned at a chiropractor.

 

glad you're ok, but TBH, it sounds like you're writing up a good amount of proof to help your lawyer with your case.

I know that you deserve a new car, but idk if you (or anyone) deserves 250k
