Stolen 2010 Evo X MR parts

My friend with 2010 Evo X MR recently got his car stripped/parts stolen.
(Hood, Bumper, Recaro Seats, Trunk, Rear bumper, Headlights, Taillights, BBS Rims, MMCS, fosgate sub, FMIC, Evo X stock Cat)

Please look out for Black 2010 Evo X Parts. I know hood & trunk has VIN numbers. This happened in Martinez, CA area. between 3am-6am.

I will update more info as I get them, Thanks in advance for looking out.

Every one of those parts except the rims and Cat means they had access to the vehicle. did he lose his FASTkey or did he leave his car unlocked?

There is a significant difference in how the insurance company will handle it based on that answer.

If they had his fastkey the whole car would've been gone.
No they had busted his window. Battery disconnected, I dont know if his horn was cut or anything. Yes it was in his driveway.

Im guessing somebody that live around his neighborhood.
Somebody that has good knowledge of the Evo X or has one.
Maybe someone that used to work at the dealership.
Most likely a group of people definitely not just one person.
Truck or Van.

Wow worry to hear. When getting seats replaced, get the MR-T leathers for the heating element.

His was fully loaded 2010 MR touring & yes his seats were Leather & Heated.
All parts stolen cost more than the car when you total up the parts at dealer MSRP price.

Was the car paid for or did he have gap coverage? If not don't settle for the first check the insurance gives you because it most likely won't cover the entire loan.

Insurance from what I was told is going to cover the loan & yes he has gap coverage but he is assed out on his 7.5k down payment he made when he bought the car.

Either way right now he is in a lose lose situation.
Unless the insurance buy him a new X MR with current loan.
