Who has the cobb exhaust and are you happy with it.
I want the new one with the quad tips and is it loud, really dont want loud exhaust.
Please if you own one let me know what you think.

Have it (oval tips). Sounds louder than the Magnaflow on my previous X. But, loud is relative and subjective unless you compare decibel numbers.

 

Had it (quad tips). With a high-flow cat it was perfect. Became a little louder than I wanted with a test pipe. I picked up 20+whp with the exhaust a no other changes.

 

Had the oval tips. Really like the way it sounds. Was upset that for 1195.00 they could have done better at aligning the tips. Right one was further back. From the pics looks like the quad tip has the same issue.

 

I have the down pipe and high flow cat from them and i love the quality and fit, so i should be fine then. Thanks

I bought Spazpilot's from him and fitment is very good on my car, better than Magnaflow's.

I honestly love this catback, it's exactly what I wanted. It has a smoother tone than my previous Magnaflow plus it's a straight through 3" muffler, not chambered. Volume is about perfect for a daily-driven street car (same with Magnaflow).

I love mine its not too loud and has a nice deep tone i think. i have the oval style.

Love mine (oval tips). Great sound. Definitely the exhaust for a mature person who doesn't want to be loud or attract cops. Loud enough to enjoy, not loud enough to get in trouble

 

I have the oval tips version and am mostly happy with it. I love the sound but it is loud and draws too much attention for me. I have a resonator waiting to be installed, hopefully that can reduce the noise some. And to be clear, it's not loud from inside the car and it doesn't drone.

 

I have a COBB cat-back too; bought directly from COBB. Fitment is excellent and the sound is fantastic. I tried 2 different systems, and hands down, in my opinion, the COBB is awesome.

When Bryan (razorlab) tuned my car, he commented on how well the exhaust fit, and the sound. For what it's worth, I run a HFC.
