start up problem help !

Hi guys, don't know if this is the right section for this. Im in need of some major help !
Last night my buddies and I installed the Magnus CMC upgrade. We had some issues removing the studs that connect the clutch pedal. So we decided to go from under the dash to bang them out. We disconnected the fuse panel inside the vehicle. However this didn't work. My other buddy Thoe99 saved the day with a carbibe metal grinder and we got the job done. After putting everything back together, we tried firing up the car ! But it won't start ! ;(
I be checked all connections, they seem good.

Items that were disconnected and checked are :

In dash fuse panel
Ecu
Boost selonoids
MAF
Power cable (the one with the red plastic cover )
Battery

All have been checked and they are plugged in.

The car cranks but won't start. Feels like its not getting fuel.

We than tested the fuel lines to see if fuel was being deliver. And fuel was being delivered

So we than tested for spark.
Removed one coil and its NOT sparking ! Seems the coils are not getting power !

We tested all the fuses in the dash since it was the one removed and they are all good.

I'm lost here.

I searched and came to find out that the coils fuses are in the engine fuse panel. My next test is to test those out.

If anyone can help or has any suggestions I would much appreciate them !

Thanks in advance !

Re tested the fuel system, this time started with the fuel pump, found out its not getting power !

Any ideas why the pump won't be getting any power ?

so after many hours of trouble shooting we've come to the root of the problem.
we first determined that the car was not getting fuel. so the issue was fuel delivery. these are the steps we took to get to the root of the issue.

first started with the fuel pump. we tested the fuel pump manually, by supplying power directly to it, fuel pump is good!

than we tested the at the fuel pump. if power was being delivered to it. and as expected it was not!.

I downloaded the service manual. I used this to trace the electrical diagram of the fuel system. and i found out the sequence on witch the electric power get delivered to the fuel pump. the circuit goes like this.
ignition
fuse # 23
Relay (engine bay)
input ECU
relay 2 (ECU)
output ECU
fuel pump

i started testing at the top, and worked my way down.
i made it all the way to the input of the ECU. that tested good!
however the out put was not sending a signal.
so the signal was never making out of the ECU.

i called the good folks of RC hill Mitsubishi, I explained to them what the issue was. they immediately said my FAST KEY got reset. i explained that i tried taking the key out of the receiver and using it manually. they explained that pretty much what happened was the key was not paired with the car anymore
so that wouldn't work.

good news, they said all i need to do is getting to them and they'll parent the keys to the car again.

hopefully this takes care of this issue. and i can close this chapter on the evo.

The bad news: I still don't know what triggered the issue. has anyone with a FAST KEY ever come across this problem?

thanks everyone for the input.!

i will fallow up with updates after i take to dealer. !
