How can they not refund the money or replace the product if it were damaged?..... This is why you pay shipping and handling charges.... If they refused me the right to either return the product or failed to provide me with one that was not damaged they would be speaking with my attorney.

 

Its ACCOLADE man....they just don't give a s**t. I would go as far as getting an attorney, but I just don't want to spend even more money on that.

 

It just amazes me that there are so many companies out there with such horrible customer service that manage to somehow stay a float. Pisses me off.
