Hey guys,

So I've been waiting for 5 months now for my accolade spoiler. It finally came january 4th .............through the post office (weird). Anyways, when it came, I was not home to sign for it. SO instead of waiting for a week or so and notifying me that they attempted to make a delivery, they immediately shipped it back. Needless to say I'm pissed out of my mind considering it was a nightmare to get it here in the first place. Im just curious if this has happened to anyone else and if anyone knows how to get in contact with accolade besides their slow-*** e-mail..and what i can do to fix this and ship it back??

Damn.... my post office holds it & allows for pick up in the evening. That just sucks. I would be ticked.

They held it for the 5 days, and sent a notice via post card that I just found sticking the inside of my mailbox soaking wet. FML. And I just got back from vacation the other day. Thanks to the geniuses at ACCOLADE COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGIES they never sent me a tracking number, like they had told me, and with my luck it was delivered the week I was gone. seriously guys, FML.

WHY WHY WHY WHY did you buy from Accolade? Have you not seen the reviews, or some of us who have bought from them.. waited well over a year and then receive the wrong part and they refuse to send the correct one?
Everyone act Accolade needs to drive off of a cliff, those shady *****.

 

I know man...BUT WAIT GOOD NEWS!!!!!! I called sups yesterday afternoon and got a hold of the truck that was about to ship it back. I hit boost all the way over there and got it before he left for chicago. SO I GOT THE SPOILER {thumb up} BUT.... this is quite possibly the most poorly packaged product I have ever seen. It was sent in 2 layers of bubble wrap NO BOX. It has knicks and scratches all over it.....so now I have to take it to the body shop....Im sooooo pissed.

Send that crap back and demand a new, unabused one. The more these jokers get away with **** like this, the more the will continue to treat other peoples property like ****.

 

Don't send it back, they will not refund the money. Sell it to someone with a lancer and get the real thing.

 

Sorry to hear that is crazy waiting that long! At least you finally got it. You have more patience than I do lol.
