Cheap welds plus back fire and heat = blown up exhaust. Hey anything can happen.

To be honest, im surprised theres no drone but when you get on it, it gets loud... Same as other exhausts. Im surprised of the gain on this exhaust. We put it on a Mustang Dyno and it made more than 20hp and 20tq. I only have intake with stock cat back then and everything else stock.

What size are the individual muffler pipes? I'm considering buying this, chopping off one end, and making it a single.

thats acually not a bad idea. Its 3" thru and thru. theres no bottle neck except for where its welded at. I already guessed that the rear pipes will never line up with the bumper without some serious persuasion with a bfh. Just might be easier to cut it off and reweld

also the mufflers are universal spec-d. I only heard them on civics before and was never impressed. I will try to put this on by next week. It should be a good laugh

well, it is a cheap exhaust... so no surprise there about the welds and the cuts and bends. im just not sure how long will this exhaust last though and it seems that there might be some small leak somewhere too.

in any case, post up some vid when you can.

I'm sure it'll last forever. It's steel! polished steel, but never the less steel and THICK. This thing will never win at the weight side for a review but theres plenty of material to rust. The welds on the otherhand......... I threw it around the yard and nothing broke off soooooo it passed the redneck test.

It still is a sad piece off pipework. I'm sure baby jesus shed a tear. Spec-d is a crappy muffler but still...... it's a crime what they did to the mufflers.
