Would you buy this evo?

Hey guys. Decided to abandoned the idea of getting another 9 and going for a 10...especially with what some people are asking for. With that in mind, would you buy this evo x with these mods or know who used to own it? Is this a fair price??Thanks!

The price seems ok but I would just throw in a few more grand for a fairly newer one with lower miles.

I would say that price is fair but a little on the high end for year and mileage. Plus no SS package. The mods look clean and quality parts but that does nothing but lower the value imo. I'm sure you can talk them down to 25 or so, maybe even lower. They probably gave the guy who traded it in like 20k lol

I think that is asking to much for a base GSR, you could find an 08 with SSS for that price (in Texas anyways)

id question why owner two only drove 3.5k in 4 months. then decides to sell it. People buying this car..... usually know what they are getting into before hand. Because its not a MR it takes the worry of the SST away which is nice. everything looks clean, and by the motor..... and brand selection of parts, owner cared about car.
Id work with the price a little though. explaining that its already at 45k. the stereo is not stock and is an aftermarket. Make sure that warranty will still be honoured too. If something happens, you don't want them coming back denying a claim because of the boost gauge- from experience.
End of the day, if you know the dealer, ask to have for a test drive for a 24 hour period. ( they allow it around here at least.) this way you see how it starts cold. is there any noises. GLWP

Good point. I'll check with the dealership. The main problem is I am coming way out of state (ignore my location, its incorrect) and before I go put down a deposit and fly out to NJ, I'd make extra sure the car is mechanically sound. But you all think the mods look "clean"?

Nope too many miles for the price for me plus I don't want an 08.

Would buy a 2010, 2011, or 2012 though. And likely will down the road. Then the CT9A gets put away

The TruBoost is a little questionable

Don't know if the last owner was one of those guys that thinks playing with the boost setting is okay even if the car wasn't tune for it.

Good luck
