Squeaky brakes
Do you know how to search the forums? There are many threads dealing with this issue. Wash the car and try to squirt a lot of water between the rotor and the brakes. Performance pads are always going to be noisy and a lot of brake dust on the brakes makes it worse. You can either deal with a little squeal or change the pads. I suggest Racing Brake ET500s they work great, don't dust much, and are quiet, while still have stock like if not better than stock braking power. For the front and rear together it costs around $190~200ish.

Next time you wash your car spray with the water hose into your brake calipers, because you gets lots of dust build up that can't get rid of with just driving around, and when you spary with the water hose you will notice a lot of black brake dust come out, and should pretty much be quite till you get a lot of brake dust build up again.

Before I get to the squealing and the rattle sound help... first zip tie your fuel pressure hose. I cant find the damn links for it but if you lift up your engine cover, it is a 4-5 inch long hose that is vertical.
Anyhow...
Brakes will squeeze for multiple reasons.
1: pads are worn
2: need more break fluid
3: rusty rotors/pads
giving your situation I still would consider checking out the pads. Its an 11 but it prolly was sitting around for a year and it might have caused rust to build up.
For the rattling... Glove box is THE first thing to rattle in evo x, then the center console (where the AC controls are at and if applicable the 2 small compartments will rattle), if you dont have those compartments the plastic cover in the back between the rear seats and the rear window will rattle. Get yourself dynamat for the far back and a **** ton of presto-felt for the rest.

The glove compartment started to rattle on my EVO X about 2k miles as well. It's the easiest rattle in the car to deal with. Once it starts, just open the compartment and slam it shut and the rattle will go away. It most likely will come back at some point, just repeat the process. Do a search, there was someone on here who went through all the trouble to figure out how to fix it.permanently.
My brakes squel with only 6800 miles. Mostly when it's wet out or the temp is less than 35 degrees.
I've gotten use to the rattles. Gives the car character. The fit and finish of the interior is not stellar, but the what's under the hood and the driving mechanic are top notch
