Fluctuating idle normal?

I think it's normal for the power steering to cause a change in idle like that. Same thing as when you turn the AC on. I don't know about the clunk though. I mean I get the clunk when I turn the wheel all the way to lock if I do it too fast but I figured that was coming from the steering hitting the end of it's travel. It's not a noise I remember hearing on any other car I had though. Just figured that is the way the evo is.
