I searched the text "kingmi24" from the URL of the original photo you posted months ago.. found out that Kingmi24 is your user name over at Evoxforums.. found that the picture was originally posted by Sam from Iveytune in their daily photo thread there (it was a customer's car) (LINK - posts #36-39).. 2 posts later, he posted a full pic of that car (LINK).. looking at that pic, it was a 2008 Evo X in WW with Voltex lip, splitter & wing, AMS IC, Bride seats and "Illest" sticker on the mirror.. image searched for those terms, found a similar setup, and found this thread here at EvoM with the exact same car..

Through enhanced in-depth CSI-type image analysis, I cannot 100% confirm that the same angry-faced magical dice caps are on his car in those particular photos.. but I'd probably bet a twenty that they're his.

Just got conformation these dice are from JDMEGO. Pretty sure they were limited edition. Usually when Jay has a batch of product made they are limited and once the're sold that's it.
