Got mine in January, 2012 I put about 5800 miles on it and no rattles. But I am not really worried about it. If it does, it does.

I dont know what it's made out of. Looks like plastic for the most part to me. I have just seen a number of people complain about rattling sounds. Mine doesnt rattle but its still pretty new. It seems to be a hit or miss from the answers on this thread. Maybe it depends on how bad your streets are. If you have sh!tty streets like in my city maybe its more likely to rattle as the miles pile on.

Two months in the glovebox started rattling bad. Picked up presto felt and fixed it.

Then...

Added an exhaust system and said **** it.. im done trying to fix rattling.
